By accessing or using 249Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in Sudan.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of service.
Ticket Purchases and Fees
All ticket prices are set by event organisers. 249Events charges a non-refundable platform fee of 6% on each transaction to cover operational costs.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific event organiser's policy. However, the 6% 249Events platform fee is always non-refundable, regardless of the refund status of the ticket itself.
Limitation of Liability
249Events acts as a ticketing intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or occurrence of the events themselves.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sudan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sudanese courts.
